Campaign Terms

1. Who runs this campaign

The Meteora × SEC Campaign (the “Campaign”) is operated by YEF Consulting Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 11 Collyer Quay, #17-88, The Arcade, 049317 Singapore(“we”, “us”, or the “Organiser”). Meteora and the Solana Ecosystem Call (SEC) contribute branding and distribution. Prize funds are disbursed by the Organiser.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply only to this Campaign, hosted at campaign.ecosystemcall.com/meteora. By connecting a wallet or otherwise interacting with the Campaign you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Singapore, and you must not appear on any applicable sanctions list. You are responsible for the legality of your participation under your local law. We may refuse participation or prize payment on eligibility grounds at any time.

4. How the Campaign works

The Campaign rewards liquidity provision into the ANSEM-SOL pool on Meteora during a fixed 7-day window (2026-08-27 14:00 UTC to 2026-09-03 14:00 UTC, subject to adjustment). Eligible activity earns raffle tickets; tickets are the sole basis for instant-draw and final-draw entries. Referrals, verified X content posts, and other published boost paths may credit additional tickets subject to the rules published on the Campaign page at the time of the action.

The prize pool is 5,000 USDC per campaign, split between instant draws (3,500 USDC) and a single-winner final draw (1,500 USDC). Individual tier amounts, odds, and eligibility gates are those published on the Campaign page. We reserve the right to correct clerical errors and misprints.

5. Prizes and payouts

Cash prizes are paid in USDC on the Solana network to the wallet you connected to the Campaign. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent outside of the on-chain payout. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet secure and for any transaction, gas, or bridging costs you incur to receive or use USDC. We are not responsible for wallets you cannot access, incorrect addresses, or losses caused by third-party services.

You are solely responsible for any taxes and reporting obligations arising from your prize.

6. Risks and no advice

Providing liquidity on decentralised protocols exposes you to price volatility, impermanent loss, smart-contract risk, and other risks. Nothing on the Campaign page or in these terms is investment, tax, or legal advice. You participate at your own risk and at your own discretion.

7. Fair play and anti-abuse

One person, one entry stream. You may not use scripts, bots, sybil networks, multiple wallets you control, or any other means to unfairly inflate tickets or claim more than one payout per prize slot. We use on-chain analytics, browser fingerprinting, and behavioural signals to detect abuse. We may, at our sole discretion, ask you to prove ownership of a wallet by signing a message, withhold a payout pending review, void tickets or wins we believe were obtained in breach of these terms, and permanently disqualify wallets or accounts.

8. Suspension, changes, and termination

We may change these terms, adjust rules, pause, or end the Campaign at any time if required by law, if the underlying pool or infrastructure becomes unavailable, or if abuse threatens the integrity of the Campaign. Material changes take effect when posted on the Campaign page. If you do not agree to a change, stop participating.

9. Third-party services

The Campaign integrates with third-party services including Meteora, Solana RPC providers, X (for optional post verification), and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behaviour.

10. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Campaign is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Campaign is limited to the value of the prize you actually received, if any. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of- laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Campaign is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
