Privacy Notice

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller for the Meteora × SEC Campaign is YEF Consulting Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore at 11 Collyer Quay, #17-88, The Arcade, 049317 Singapore. Contact for privacy questions: admin@yefconsulting.xyz.

2. What we collect

Automatically, when you interact with the Campaign page: your public wallet address once you connect a wallet; a coarse geographic location (country and region) derived from your IP address at request time; standard request metadata (user agent, timestamp, referrer); anonymised page and section events (view, scroll depth, connect, draw, share, click); and a browser cluster identifier used only to detect abusive multi-wallet participation.

You may also provide: an email address (optional, if you sign up for announcements); an X account (optional, if you bind one via X Sign-in to claim a content boost); and the URL of a public X post you wish to submit for the content boost.

Public on-chain data: your Solana wallet balance, positions in the ANSEM-SOL pool, transaction history, and any prize payout to you are publicly readable on the Solana blockchain by design. We read and index this data to operate the Campaign.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to operate the Campaign: to compute your tickets and eligibility, to detect and prevent abuse, to deliver prize payouts and required announcements, to answer support requests, to measure marketing effectiveness in aggregate, and to comply with legal obligations. Wallet and on-chain data are processed because they are strictly necessary to run the Campaign. Email is used only for Campaign-related messages and, if you opt in, for announcements about future campaigns.

4. Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a fair Campaign for wallet and on-chain data, on your consent for optional email announcements and marketing pixels where required, and on legal obligation where retention or disclosure is required by law.

5. Who we share it with

We use the following processors under contract: Vercel (page hosting), Railway (backend hosting), Postmark or Sender.net (transactional email), and analytics or advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, X). Pixel providers set cookies in your browser subject to their own privacy notices. On-chain transfers are public and therefore visible to anyone reading the Solana blockchain. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Our processors operate globally, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

7. Retention

Campaign event and abuse-detection data are retained for up to 12 months after the Campaign ends. Wallet addresses and prize payout records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and tax compliance under Singapore law. Emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or (where applicable) deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. Some data (public on-chain transactions) is outside our control and cannot be deleted. Contact us at admin@yefconsulting.xyz to exercise your rights. We respond within one calendar month.

9. Cookies and tracking

We set a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in during a draw and to protect against fraud. Analytics and advertising pixels use their own cookies; you can block them via your browser settings or a cookie-blocker extension without affecting your ability to participate in the Campaign.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always shown at this URL with the last-updated date at the top. Material changes take effect when posted.
